I decided to try this recipe for the week. I do all my cooking on Sunday for the week usually. Will post the other recipe I used for week as well.
Ingredients
- 15 oz Tilapia
- 1/4 cup Almond Meal Flour
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp Onion Powder
- 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
