WOD 1

10 Min Hard on treadmill / Rest 3 mins

5 Min Hard on treadmill/ Rest 2 mins

2:30 Min Hard on treadmill / Done



WOD 2

Tabata 2 mile run
20 secs on/ 10 secs off for 2 miles (Note during off period completely stop




WOD 3

AMR in 15 mins
10 Double Push Up burpees
10 V-ups
20 Air Squats

 Have Fun!!!!




WOD 4

18 X 1 min Interval (swim, bike, run, row) 20 secs rest
